Terms of service for truetdqc analytics solutions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cosmetic treatment analytics services and website provided by truetdqc AS ("truetdqc," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, analytics models, documentation, and website content, are owned by truetdqc AS or our licensors.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in:
You retain ownership of your business data and client information. By using our services, you grant truetdqc a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing analytics services to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your internal business purposes during the term of your service agreement.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data in compliance with applicable European data protection laws, including GDPR.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We provide support during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 Central European Time) and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any service issues promptly.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with venue in Aarhus, Denmark.
For customers located in other EU member states, you may also have the option to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
truetdqc shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and truetdqc regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
